About the Eyrie
The Eyrie at Glen Eagle began as an idea that lingered for years — a vision held by Mike McBride, owner of Glen Eagle Golf Course. From the early days of shaping the course out of open farmland, Mike saw something more than fairways and greens. He saw a gathering place. A destination where people could not only play, but also celebrate life’s biggest moments surrounded by the same breathtaking views that make Glen Eagle so special. His daughter Aimee Cook has been instrumental in helping that dream become a reality.
For years, that dream stayed close to the heart. And now, perched proudly above the course, The Eyrie stands as the realization of that vision — a space built to match the landscape’s majesty.

How it all Started
Long before Glen Eagle Golf Club or the surrounding neighborhoods existed, this land was wide-open farmland. Seven families worked the soil here, building lives from hard work and faith. Among them was the McBride family. As a boy, our founder would look over these fields with a dream—someday this land could be more than crops and fences. It could be a place where people came together to connect, celebrate, and create memories.
That dream took root. Glen Eagle Golf Club grew from that vision, and with it came homes, families, and a thriving community. Today, the new temple overlooking the course stands as a reminder of how far this area has come.
The Eyrie is the newest chapter in that story. Perched above the green fairways on the second floor of Glen Eagle’s newest building, it’s a venue designed with intention. Every detail speaks to simplicity, beauty, and care—because we believe an event space should never feel complicated, it should feel like home.
