BEFORE YOU BOOK
Professional Wedding Planner Required
All weddings and formal events require a professional planner providing at least 30 days of active planning and full day-of coordination.

Choose from The Eyrie’s approved planner list, or submit an outside planner for approval. Notify The Eyrie of your choice within two weeks of signing your Venue Agreement.

Professional vendors must meet all applicable licensing and insurance requirements.

Adds ceremony time, day-of rehearsal, wedding-party preparation, guest arrival, ceremony setup, and transition staffing.

Cocktail Hour Experience
